Ingredients

This recipe takes only 9 simple ingredients. Each ingredient is real and wholesome, making this meal perfect for feeding your family.

  • Grass-fed Beef Chuck Roast – Obviously this is the most important ingredient in this meal. Why do I suggest grass-fed? It is loaded with nutrients and has more health benefits than grain-fed meat. It also really does taste better.
  • Beef Stock or Vegetable Stock– Adding this liquid will add flavor and put moisture into the shredded beef.
  • Tomato Paste– This adds a delicious tomato flavor.
  • Spices– Chili Powder, Cumin, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne all add a very delicious flavor to this dish.
  • Jalapenos-This gives a wonderful spice to this dish. According to your heat preference, you can use more or less.
  • Onions– These add flavor and texture. So so good!
