2-3poundsBeef Chuck Roast
1cupBeef stock
3tbspTomato Paste
1tbspChili Powder
1tspCumin
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1/4tspCayenne
2wholeJalapenos sliced

Instructions
1. Put beef chuck roast in the crockpot.2. Add beef stock.3. Add tomato paste and spices.4. Top it off with onions and jalapenos.5. Cover crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 4-5 hours. 6. Take the beef out of the crockpot and shred it on a cutting board or plate. Then return the beef to the crockpot and mix with remaining juices and onions and jalapenos.7. After mixing together and letting it warm back up. Serve and enjoy! Makes delicious tacos, burritos, taco salad or serve on rice or cauliflower rice. Don't forget to top with your favorite toppings!
