Ingredients
- 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 beaten egg
After mixing the above ingredients add
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup gluten-free oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cream peanut butter and honey, then mix in milk and egg.Blend in coconut and oats.Press into lightly greased 10X10 baking dish.Bake for 10-15 minutes.
