Ingredients

natural peanut butter

honey

water

beaten
egg
After mixing the above ingredients add
1/2
cup
unsweetened shredded coconut
3/4
cup
gluten-free oats
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream peanut butter and honey, then mix in milk and egg.
Blend in coconut and oats.
Press into lightly greased 10X10 baking dish.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
