Ingredients

Filling

  • 7 cups Peaches
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Crisp Topping

  • 2 cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Filling

  • Slice the peaches
  • Add the sliced peaches and layer them in a 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle them with maple syrup and sprinkle the peaches with cinnamon.

Topping

  • In a mixing bowl add rolled oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix together.
  • Add softened butter to the topping mix and mix together.
  • Evenly pour the topping mix on the layered peaches.
  • Bake for 45 - 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
