Filling
- 7 cups Peaches
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Crisp Topping
- 2 cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 tsp. Ginger
- 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
Topping
In a mixing bowl add rolled oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix together.
Add softened butter to the topping mix and mix together.
Evenly pour the topping mix on the layered peaches.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
